OTR Positions
Job Summary
Crosslin Trucking LLC is seeking reliable and professional Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to safely transport freight across state lines. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and committed to delivering loads on time while representing the company with professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Transport freight over long distances, including overnight and multi-day trips
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment
• Maintain accurate driver logs, electronic logs (ELDs), and required paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or issues
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of freight when applicable
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
• Represent Crosslin Trucking LLC in a professional manner with customers and the public

Qualifications
• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• Minimum [2 years] verifiable OTR driving experience preferred
• Clean driving record and PSP/MVR
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery schedules
• Physically able to sit for extended periods and perform job-related tasks
Local Positions
We are looking for experienced Box Truck Drivers to join Crosslin Trucking’s team. This is a full-time position. This position is responsible for loading and unloading delivery items from the warehouse to customers, operating a box truck and cleaning and maintaining equipment. Our driver must always drive safely and be professional and courteous when talking with customers. You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. An F Endorsement is required for this position. Box Truck Driver must be able to work independently or in a team and possess time management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Operate company vehicle in a professional, safe and courteous manner
• Organizing and securing the loads; ensuring each load is properly strapped for transportation.
• Drive a delivery truck on a predetermined route and schedule; deliver or pick up items as instructed
• Document deliveries or log other shipment information
• Assist in loading and unloading and storing of material
• Ensure delivery trucks are clean and in good working condition; perform daily required maintenance checks and report any malfunctions to Supervisor.
• Any other duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
• Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record along with personal insurance. If holding a CDL license, must obtain a valid license, personal insurance, along with a valid medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to work independently and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent communication skills
• Trucking or warehouse experience a plus.
Other Skills & Experience:
• Relevant work experience REQUIRED
• Ability to communicate and engage with people from various cultures and backgrounds.
• Interact with customers and fellow employs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to operate material handling equipment: forklifts and truck mounted Moffett forklifts
Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time, and lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to reach over-head to grasp materials, bend, stoop, or squat to the floor on a regular basis
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
We are looking for a Box Truck Rider to join Crosslin Trucking. We are a family-owned company that has valued our employees since 1933. This is a full-time position, available to receive benefits after 60 days of successful employment. This position is responsible for assisting the Box Truck Driver in loading and unloading delivery items from the warehouse to customers, and cleaning and maintaining equipment. Box Truck Riders must be able to work independently or in a team and possess time management skills.

Attendance:
Good attendance is required. Normal Monday – Friday schedules with available overtime. Limited weekend hours may be required from time to time.
Salary will be based on experience. Total Compensation includes accumulated Vacation days, Sick days, paid holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401(k), company paid Life Insurance, company paid Long Term Disability, HSA, optional supplemental insurance.
