Chief Operating Officer

Started my career in logistics/ warehousing in 1991. What was only going to be a job until “I figure out what I want to do” has turned into a logistics career. I have a degree in Management and Organizational Development.  I am a Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS/ASCM). I serve on many Boards of Directors. At Crosslin Trucking, we are smaller by design. Before launching Crosslin Trucking, I reached out to many of my CDL friends and other drivers to get feedback on what they love and dislike about the trucking industry. Consistently I was told that home time with family could improve and wishing they were not just a truck number. That’s what has helped guide Crosslin Trucking to be “Smaller by Design”. We want each and every one of our team members to feel like they are part of our family. We recognize it’s not easy being on the road all the time and that’s why we work hard to have you home more often. We want you in nice equipment, “your home away from home” and are committed to providing you that. Beyond nice equipment, we are committed to a safe work environment and helping you live a more fulfilling life. In the end, I believe when we take care of our employees and customers,  the company will be taken care of.

Operations Manager

With more than 25 years of experience in the flatbed and open-deck transportation market, I have built a career grounded in safety, efficiency, and industry leadership. My background includes over two decades of hands-on driving experience as well as more than ten years serving as an Operations Manager specializing in oversize and over-dimensional freight. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive expertise in route planning, permit coordination, specialized load securement, and managing high-stakes, complex transportation projects. In addition to my operational experience, I have founded, owned, and managed three trucking companies and logistics brokerages. These ventures have strengthened my skills in business development, compliance management, customer relations, and strategic growth within the transportation sector. My combined experience across driving, operations, and executive management allows me to bring a comprehensive, solution-focused approach to every challenge in the trucking and logistics industry.
